My one complaint regarding Whole Foods is the employees - though I don’t want to make broad sweeping statements about the general type of person they hire. I will say that customer experience is far from any of their concern. Based on my few interactions with associates it’s clear that the customer experience and the style of customer service are not of the utmost importance to Whole Foods
