  One of the worst Walgreens I've been to. Staff do not know their products and pharmacy is extremely rude and incompetent. I received several automated phone calls letting me know my prescription that auto refill was ready. I go to pick it up about 15 minutes before they close because I had not had time before, and they told me the prescription was not ready, and would not prepare it for me because they were understaffed. Both pharmacists were very rude, and told me to go to another pharmacy. My regular prescription should not be delayed simply because they messed up, and did not realize I had an auto-refill. When I told them that I have an auto refill for the past year, she simply said 'No you don't'. I've filled a report with customer service and they were very helpful and appalled. I hope they take disciplinary action, as this is not how a pharmacy should be run.
