  Both sales associate and night managers have poor customer service. One lady manager who's heavy set with glasses bounces around like there's nothing to do but stare at people when the lines are long. The cashier with the powdery face takes her sweet time ringing you up regardless of the people waiting...it's like there in their own world! Maybe they should reconsider night shift because this happens every time I come in. And the tiny Hispanic manager needs more knowledge on how to accept the coupons presented to her; not sure if she's new and needs more training. Overall just poor customer service all around!
