  The clothing here a just a year ago was fantastic and the low prices meant I could walk out with 2 huge bags of great finds and only spending 100 bucks. During my last 2 visits the racks were stuffed with pet priced junk. Many items looked as if they belonged in a thrift store. I'm give them another try before the holiday season begins, but if I see what I've saw during my past 2 previous visits, I'll stick to Zara and occasionally shopping at a regular retail Urban Outfitters and leave the UO Surplus store alone.
