  The 4 sales girls all stood around in a huddle, talking to themselves, I looked around the store for 10 minutes no one offered to help, then when two gentlemen walked into the store, a little short sawed off runt white ( or Hispanic )girl ran over to help them, she was all smiles. I went over to the 3 remaining black girls to ask a question & one rudely told me I couldn't stand in front of the "computer" I then asked does any of them work here, to which one rudely replied "We all work here" to which I replied I didn't know it, I thought you all were Customers, because they stood in conversation with themselves all the while I were there, I told them they need a better system and left the store, what I should have said was T- Mobile needs better employees At least in that location.

  Emily could care less about my phone that was stolen, she asked if I lost it after I just told her it was stolen and told me it would be too soon for me to get a new phone because my account was new, well the insurance approved me for a new phone, the opposite of what I was told. She just wanted to get me out the way. She was horrible
