  I have been with AT&T for years now and I was sick of them over charging me. I've been shopping around and checking in with tmobile to see the deals that they have, but I wasn't really ready to commit and wanted to think about it so I gave Liz from this store my information. Sure enough she called me back in about 2 weeks telling me about this amazing deal they have going on. I just switched over to T-Mobile, now I have 3 Lines and I'm paying $100 less than I was with AT&T!!!!!! I just want to compliment her on the quality of customer service she provided. She followed up, she got me a great deal. Overall the atmosphere of the store is really great. Her manager was also really helpful when I stepped in to ask a question on her day off. It's not very often that you receive such great customer service in such a busy environment. Thank you guys!
