  Horrible and rude service. Staff was completely unaware about T-Mobile plans offered and tried to sell me a plan that I did not want. I did my research, I knew what I wanted, and they kept pushing something else on me...probably to make a larger sale. I ended up purchasing a new phone and plan online through T-Mobile's website. The website is fast and online customer service is actually helpful.

  The staff is super helpful here. I recently had to abruptly get a new phone and plan and there were lots of complications but Reyna, Jose, and the rest of the staff took very good care of me. I appreciate their honesty & the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal for me. This will be my new go-to store for any of my cell phone needs. Just wish they had a better variety of cases!
