  Fantastic customer service, and I'll single out Dave for being tremendously helpful and courteous. He genuinely just wanted to make sure I get the best deal. And manager Rosa was great too. Highly highly recommended!

  The service at this T-Mobile is OUTSTANDING! I had previously called and spoken with Jeremy about switching out my phone and he was extremely courteous and helpful. Last night at the store I was assisted by the manager Ulysses who spent quite a bit of time handling the data transfer between phones. He even applied the screen protector I bought elsewhere onto the new phone that I brought in. ULYSSES IS AWESOME! I highly recommend this store to everyone! Very customer oriented and no high pressure sales pitches - I was impressed. The whole sales team works well together. TIP: If you want to get in and out quickly I would recommend going on the weekend- their least busy days.
