  Extremely ... "present" sales people and an odd little parking lot. I went in to talk about potentially switching carriers and the guy had my wife and I sit in an odd little booth while he told us numbers. I told him we were just looking and researching at this time so he followed us to the phone section and asked if we wanted to put money down now. I said we were just looking and researching and gathering numbers. We continued looking at phones and he came back to us and asked if we just wanted to buy a couple phones now and lock in the contract. Now, if this was a 30 minute window, this third strong sales attempt would be fine. If we hadn't said, "we're just looking and gathering numbers!" I wouldn't be as bothered. But we were in there for MAYBE 10 minutes and had explained twice already that we were just gathering numbers. I understand commission and being an active salesperson, but ... c'mon.

  Two gentlemen helped my wife and I get a new iPhone today and they were great. They were very helpful and quick. No headaches. They explained everything very clearly.
