  I had to post a star. Too be honest, I don't know what I'm doing. I put in my credit card for $5$ worth of service. I need to print out an itinerary for a flight from my Yahoo mail. I don't know how to get to Yahoo mail. Staples acct always comes up and when I type in Yahoo mail it just goes on and on and on and on taking my money. What am I doing wrong?

  The store is a disgrace. The shopping experience is awful; the staff unavailable and unkind. The prices on the shelves are often misleading. For example, I picked up a pack of printing paper because it said in red big letters it was 2.99, and on my way out I found it was actually over 8 dlls., and the 2.99 referred to some kind of electronic Staples card promotion). Also, they charged me two times for the same product. I was lucky I checked my ticket before I left!
