  Claudia is racially insensitive. Received condescending and abrasive service from this young lady. She lied to us and went out her way to make our experience uncomfortable. Have a full recording and will be following up with corporate. Sad and I’m also a sprint employee.

  Wow... I just called with a question to help decide if better to go to store or transact online. The person on the phone seemed annoyed and after a minute said "Ugh, could you go on hold, we are really busy at the store right now". The hold music was awful.

  Horrible service. I went in for questions I should be able to ask and was told I should call customer service. They only care to help if they think they'll get a sale out of it. Other employees refused to tell me managers name so I couldn't report it.

  If I could give them 0 star I will. Never had that bad experience. One of the associate couldn't take her fingers out of her mouth, the one that helped me was super busy doing something else instead of really helping me like having a private phone calls with her uber driver. If I was supposed to spend 15 minutes there, I spent at least, at least 1/2 hour.
