  Extremely disappointed with the service here. I have been with sprint for several years.I Got a new phone that I needed to register but the employee lied and said I had to buy insurance to register the phone when I went to another sprint store after and they said that is NOT a policy. I felt very mislead and as if they were just trying to take my money. She also said the phone I had was not compatible with sprint but the other store explained that it actually is compatible. The employee was extremely rude to me and did not know what she was talking about.

  Been with sprint 3 years now, have now had MULTIPLE bad experiences with staff here revolving around customer service. Slow, rude, and unknowing and just all around unpleasant, not to mention one even adding things on our plan that we didn't want. Completely unprofessional staff. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
