  We ordered a couch and loveseat from Roy's for our family room. We worked with Kevin who helped us with size and fabric selections. Kevin was very helpful in helping us through our selection as there were several sizes (and staging considerations for the room which we were trying to furnish) and a lot of fabric choices. He guided and provided input without being pushy. The delivery took a little longer than expected as we ordered later in the fall and the holidays held up the timing a little. It's white-glove delivery service and the guys who delivered our furniture were quick, courteous, and checked over everything with us and made sure we were satisfied before wrapping up. We are really happy with how both pieces came out and will go to Roy's again next time we need pieces for our house.
