  Bad experience with service. I parked for 30 minutes to pick 3 Celebes fish. I asked the attendant if I get help. I've noticed two attendants but involved with another clients' queries. I was mindful of time. I asked the gentleman if I can get help. His response was "I am with the customer. " I felt bad. I said I have a limited time parking. He immediately said " I find someone who can help you." To which he did . Left the store feeling like my service was not all good. But I spent 34.00 for the fish.

  What amazes me about this place is the variety of unique aquatic life you can visit while hanging out in Old Town Chicago. The best part? It's FREE to look. You can design a custom aquarium here too, which is pretty cool.

  It depends on which employee you speak to. One gentleman there who we always ask for is always very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, but the first person we worked with was quite rude to me and my wife and was not very helpful or patient with us as beginners. Overall though, I would say a very cool place with people who are very knowledgeable.
