  I've had an excellent experience here more than once now. I've come in a total of four different times in the past 3 months: -Twice to get fitted -Once to pick up -Once to drop off Both fittings went very quickly and smoothly. If you've recently been fitted and don't need to change anything all you need to do is give them the group number from your last fitting and they can just dupe the measurements to save time. Although it did take about 20 minutes to get to me for my pickup, every item that was part of the pickup was in my garment bag and it all fit great. Return was a breeze, I walked in, handed the tux to them in the bag and they printed me a receipt. They didn't even check to see how the tux looked or count items etc., just told me to make sure I checked my pockets and I was good to go!

  Came to pick up my order. 7 pm on a Wednesday and they were closed. Closed when they are supposed to be open until 9 pm. The lights were on until I knocked on the door, then they mysteriously all of a sudden turned off. The TV was still on amd everything. Extremely unprofessional! Will be making a call to corporate!
