  Horrible experience with a return. Very racist. I purchased a bag that they had to manually make a ticket for when I attempted to return the bag I was told they had to run the cameras and see when I purchased it and how they made the ticket!! This was awful I stood around for 30mins because the girl even after security told her it was "her call" refused to believe they ticketed this bag for $129.00. I googled the bag and retail price was more than $200.00 but to think they were will to go through all of this because I'm a black woman who purchased an expensive bag!! What an insult. I will be letting corporate know about this as I know this is not their policy!!!
