  My daughters class ring came in yesterday and we are very satisfied! Very good quality for the money. The only thing was the wait. It took 6 weeks but I understand that every ring is custom.

  Horrible customer service. I placed an order for a class ring in November. Got the ring a month later, with the name of the school spelled wrong on the top. I immediately returned it, they said they would replace it. I have called 5 times now, they say there is no record of the return and no supervisor to talk to. I am out my money now, and my son has no ring. Horrible company!!
