  We have been buying La-Z-Boy furniture for decades because it holds up so well. This was our first experience with the Elston Ave store. Sherelle was extremely helpful in showing us all of the options available, how the various features worked and how the warranties worked.

  It was a great experience at lazy boy. No pressure sales. The sales person was great. She explained all of the warranty info, info about the sofa itself. When it would be delivered and how. Things to look for when it arrived. I've gone to that store before and I certainly would go again!
