I can't speak enough on the superb customer service and professionalism that Sandra provided when I called regarding an issue with an electric dryer that I purchased online from Home Depot. Sandra resolved the problem and communicated with me every step of the way. You rarely find service like this anymore; and based on my conversations with her, I believe she is a rare and very genuine good heart person. Sandra turned what could have been my last purchase with Home Depot into me looking forward to my next purchase, so that I can specifically go to her location. Thank you Sandra!
