  Since I'm reviewing the physical location and not the parent company (because I'm sure the content of these reviews matter far more to the location's employees than they do to the location's boss), this store is great. Has all the feel of a local game shop despite their corporate roots. ASIDE: Best part about this place is that the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. I happened to overhear the staff conversing with some customers about an old console and noticed that they had a rare skill: they could combine passion for their own gaming preferences (they aren't robots afterall) with professionalism, so even disagreeing with them didn't mean being in the store post-conversation felt awkward. That was pretty cool of them :) That sort of thing is why I keep coming back.
