  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my dog here once and she did a really nice work on her. Time later I decided to take her again, but when I called to make an appointment she would not give me an exact time so we agreed on a time frame and day she said she would call me when she arrived so I could take my dog. The time frame passed so I call her and no one answered, two hours later she calls me and in a mad tone almost screaming tells me why I haven't arrived with my dog. Mind you she said she would call to let me know when she arrived and I also called and no answer. When she called it was too late for me to be able to pick up my dog when finished so I told her I would reschedule since she wasn't there on time to which she asked if I wasn't bringing in my dog today and I said no so she hung up on me, how rude. A couple of days later I called to make an appointment thinking maybe it was just a bad for her and she told me she was free that day so I agreed to take my dog in. When I arrive about half an hour later she goes to open the door and she starts screaming at me that why am I so late if I called 30 minutes ago and almost slams the door in my face. I am never taking my dog here ever again, she may have done a good job when I took my dog in the first time but her customer service is horrible and you do not talk to anyone like that. She even had the audacity to comment on my dogs name and made some very rude comments and suggestions. Pleas save yourself your time and having a horrible experience talking with this lady, don't take your dog here.
