I was ready to buy a whole new computer over an issue I had running an application, but when I called Bo and explained it to him he had already figured out the solution as we talked. Within five minutes of arriving to his store he had fixed the problem on two computers. The technicians of the worldwide organization I volunteer for and for which I needed to use the program was not able to do in several months what Bo did in minutes. If you have a computer problem, bring it to Bo......Bo KNOWS!!!
