Mind you my experience was based on one phone call when I inquired about hard-drive replacement cost. The guy on the phone didn't seem to care for gaining my new business and pretty much told me he doesn't care whether or not I get my computer fixed there. If I'm going to spend a few hundred dollars I need to feel assured that you will take care of my problem.
