I don't care for hand holding or what is considered excellent customer service when I shop, but a little respect as a human would be nice. I was ignored and treated like a 3rd class citizen by the staff. The staff were busy talking with each other when I asked if they had a certain polo in my size and they literally just ignored me. They looked at me and turned around and went about talking with each other. When I went to pay for my cloths, I said "hi", he stared at me, scanned the tags and said "swipe". Thats it. I emailed their corporate headquarters about my experience and a manager from this store named Abbey Clay emailed me asking to talk about the experience. I emailed her back and she never responded (not surprised though, awful managers are usually the cause of poor service). You don't need a Harvard MBA to understand this: Garbage Managers = Garbage Staff = Awful Customer Experience.

I have been a loyal Brooks Brother Customer for years, but have stopped because of how negative my experience has been at this store. I ordered two pairs of pants from Ramon, who messed up my order three times in-store due to a lack of proper English. The pants were ordered into the store and I called the day after I was told they would be in. I waited on the phone for over an hour and was told that they don't know where the pants are. I asked for how to find the pants and I was told they don't know. So I paid over 150 dollars for two pairs of pants and have no idea where they are still. Please give me someone to call, someone to email, or someone to speak to before I have to report the transaction as Fraud. This was a waste of about 6 hours of my life and an enormous frustration. Thank you for nothing, Abbey and Ramon. When Abbey called me back, her offer to make things right was to invite me back to the store to shop full-price with a different stylist. So, the response to my complaint is asking me to come back and spend more money. Simply outrageous...
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★May 06, 2020, by Nick SegretiI brought in a pair of charcoal pants from an older Brooks Brothers suit to be altered, as I was going to a wedding later in the week. Due to a mix up at the cleaners my pants weren't ready, and I had to leave that night. The time I waited while they were figuring out the situation I was kept informed and up to date on where they were looking and what they were trying. And when it became clear that I wouldn't be able to get my pants that night they worked with me on several solutions so that I left happy and was able to attend the wedding looking great! Thank you Natalie and everyone that helped!
