  Absolutely awful, do not leave your pets here. I live on the other side of the building and all I can ever hear are these poor dogs barking and crying at the door to go inside. I also often hear a worker screaming at the top of her lungs at the dogs. I absolutely love dogs and it makes me so mad how awfully they are treated at this place. At first, I thought it was just an obnoxious owner yelling at their dogs, but then I realized that it sounds like at least seven dogs all barking and crying at the same time so I searched up any dog hotels in my area and this terrible place showed up. Right now it is 10 in the morning , it’s 14 degrees outside and feels like 4, I’ve heard the dogs barking and crying outside for about two hours now. It’s very often I hear them cry because they’ve been out too long. After a while the dogs often stop barking from exhaustion and just whine and cry. Please avoid this place!!
